Meet the Owner: Karla Salinas is Peruvian born. Her unique recipes are created with love and influenced by her mother who was a caterer in Peru for 15 years.
Karla's food can be described as Peruvian Fusion. She prepares a diverse selection of foods with a Peruvian flair. She makes the only authentic Peruvian food in Montgomery County.
Karla's Philosophy: "All my food is homemade and fresh. I use no preservatives and use only antibiotic free chicken for my chicken recipes. I use no MSG and often change recipes to suit my customers with allergies or health issues."
